कटहल की सब्ज़ी इस तरह से बनाएंगे चिकन मटन खाना भूल जाएंगे | kathal Ki Sabzi | Jackfruit Curry
ingredients:-
1 kg kathal
salt to taste
whole spices
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
chop coriander
2 tbsp gram flour
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Kasoori methi
1.5 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
oil for frying
2 onion
2 tomato
1 tbsp oil for tadka
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
