कटहल की सब्ज़ी इस तरह से बनाएंगे सब पुराने तरीके भूल जाएंगे | Kathal Masala | Jackfruit | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
2 kg jackfruit
3 onion
3 tomatoes
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp degi mirch masala
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
chop coriander
1 tsp chop green chilli
.500 ml oil for frying
2 tbsp oil for tadka
2 spoon ginger garlic paste
