You hit the nail on the head with this one! I mean layer after layer of flavor. And I love you used the real crab too I don’t mind the pollock except when people say there’s crab but it’s only pollock. And that rice looks cooked to perfection. I sooooo wish my family ate seafood. I have 6 kids maybe 3 of them eat seafood. I might make a small dish of this cuz they love everything I have made from your channel. Please dont take this as hate. You do you. But in my opinion it would be much prettier if your nails weren't so long. Again no hate, but shorter nails are much sexier. And this recipe looks delicious. I personally love fried rice so when i try this, i would toss an egg or two in there to give it more of a fried rice feeling.
