Vegan dessert / Beautiful Birthday Jelly Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2200 ml water
50g agar powder
300g sugar
1Tbsp vanilla extract
Pandan juice:
80g pandan leaves
300 ml warm water
30g sugar
Clear Jelly water:
400 g jelly water
100 ml water
White jelly:
300g coconut milk
100g sweetened condensed milk
150g whipping cream OR coconut milk
Remaining jelly water
Layer 1, 3, 5, 7:
100g hot jelly water
2 Tbsp pandan juice
Layer 2,6:
250g white jelly
Layer 4:
250g white jelly
3 Tbsp pandan juice
Jelly for decorating:
250 ml water
2g jelly powder
30g sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Small mold: 15cmx5.5cm
Large mold: 20cmx 6cm
Decorating:
Small flowers: Any mold is fine but pours only 0.5cm thick white jelly.

White pearls:
200ml water
200 ml milk
5g jelly powder
6g agar powder

NOTE:- Always keep jelly warm while making it.
Using a non-stick pot, the jelly will never burn.
You can prepare Layered Jelly Cake before a day. Then take it out of the fridge for about 30 minutes before continuing to make it.
You can use white pearls instead of small flowers.
