Flower Jelly | Glass Flower Jelly | Agar-agar Recipe | 花燕菜糕

Don't need any fancy tools to make this Flower Agar-agar Jelly! I just used a syringe and plastic spoon to make this. Usually we use special tools to carve out the flower petals but I wanted to show you another way without these tools. Do try it! The jelly is really pretty! Well, it gets better with practice 😁
Ingredients:
Base clear jelly:
25 grams instant jelly powder
I bought from "Bake with Yen" but you can also buy here: shope.ee/7f5N7EnC0R
120 grams caster sugar
1000 ml water, room temperature
Colour flower jelly:
1-2 teaspoon dragon fruit powder + 2 tablespoon hot water

1 Pan
3 cups for the coloured jelly

1 spoon from baskin robbins

One of the things when working with agar powder. Always start with cold water. Stir and leave it at room temperature for like 5 or so minutes. This allows the agar to absorb the water first. Then apply heat. This prevents clumps.
