White dough:
300g glutinous rice flour
230ml water
Purple dough:
130g glutinous rice flour

OR 100ml water mix some drop purple food color.
Green dough:
130g glutinous rice flour
100ml pandan juice
Filling:
200g peeled split mung beans
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk
Ginger syrup:
1 liter of water
300g sugar
30g ginger, sliced

Tang yuan recipe:
Ingredients for about 19 pieces :
Dough:
15g rice flour
75g water
1.5 Tbsp Oil
150g glutinous rice flour
1/4 tsp salt
about 75g warm water
Filling:
65g Peeled Split Mung Bean, soak for 1 hour.
400ml water
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
4 Tbsp coconut milk
Ginger syrup:
700ml water
180g sugar
20g sliced ginger
Gel food color ( red, yellow, green)

Sweet rice ball / Glutinous rice ball
Ingredients for making 25 sweet rice balls :
Orange color dough:
100g Glutinous rice flour
100ml Carrot juice
40g Wheat starch
40ml Boiling water
White color dough:
50g Glutinous rice flour
50ml Water
20g Wheat starch
20ml Boiling water
NOTE:
Boiling water is always very boiling. Pour directly once.
If not, the dough is loose and cannot knead.
Black sesame seed filling:
70g Roasted black sesame seeds
75ml Water
40g Sugar
40g Peanut butter
23g Fried glutinous rice flour
10g Unsalted butter
Ginger syrup:
500ml Water
1/4tsp Salt
20g Sliced ginger
150g Sugar
Roasted white sesame seeds( Optional)
