Nian gao- Chinese new year rice cake recipe
Ingredients:
135g sugar
20g water
135g boiling water
100g palm sugar
223g coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
276g glutinous rice flour
70g wheat starch
1.5 Tbsp cooking oil.
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce(optional)
25g peeled ginger
75g hot water
Mold: 20cmx9cmx7cm
