Hi... this time I made my favorite caramel cheesecake. It is similar to the previous caramel cheesecake I've ever shared earlier, but there is a chocolate cake layer this time, and I replace the cream cheese with spread cheese, which is easier to get in the modern market.
I used mixer and oven from Mito (shp.ee/hix5vgk)
Caramel Chocolate Cheese Cake Recipe

Baking pan diameter is 18 cm.
Caramel Ingredients:
130 gr sugar cooked with low flame until become caramel. It takes quite long time to proceed, about 15 minutes (depends on each stove). If it starts to melting, stir it by turning around the pan (don't need to use spoon / spatula). After it completely melts, immediately pour into the baking pan and flatten it.
Caramel Cheesecake Ingredients:
3 eggs
75 gr sugar
170 gr spread cheese (can use cream cheese)
300 ml UHT milk
half tsp vanilla paste (may be skipped)
Chocolate Cake Ingredients:
3 eggs
50 gr sugar
65 gr low protein flour
10 gr cocoa powder
50 gr butter, melt it
