Gelatine is needed for this recipe. Unfortunately, I haven't tried to use any other alternative for gelatine in this recipe.

I'm going to try an old hack. Lemon juice & zest can help set your recipe without the gelatin. It may also add flavor complimenting the mango maybe? Not sure but I'm going to try it. Thank you for sharing your lovely recipe 🫶

I don’t have an exact number for the weight, but it’s approximately around 850gr. A springform pan is used for this cake. The bottom of the pan is removable, so you can easily take the cake out.

After blending the mangos, you use 200g mango puree. ( a bit more mango puree 220-230g still works with the recipe 😉) Thank you for watching!
