Hey hun ty for another great tutorial it looks delicious 😋 um I was jw if you could add like substitutions n either the videos or description box like for example I just usually buy the shrimp that’s already peeled and deveined bc for me as being a terminally ill person its just a little easier for me mostly for seafood as im definitely new to the seafood 🦞 world lol except for the usual southern fried seafood like catfish and shrimp 🍤 sum crawfish every now n then and just things of that sort and typically since I am a southern cook I typically hate shortcuts and take alot of pride in my cooking especially being a 6th generation (that’s as far bk as I 100% know of) but sometimes it’s just really hard and it’s necessary given my situation and I also dnt have access to fresh seafood so any I get literally comes either from Walmart or the local grocery store and I’m sure yk the 🦀 legs are already cooked and the lobster tails 🦞 ain’t cooked but r frozen and ive nvr cooked either 1. Not to say I ain’t bought em bc ive probably spent around $300 at Walmart this yr on these items and always ended up throwing em n the trash without cooking em idky but I can cook anything but for some reason I’m just extremely intimidated by seafood lol I guess bc ive nvr even eaten this kinda seafood so I have no way of comparing it to anything so I wouldn’t know if it was spoiled or if I didn’t cook it properly etc etc etc. I’m so sorry this was so long and I apologize if I’m asking too much and completely understand if ur unable to do so just bc of 1 person. Ps I have watched alot of tutorials but still hve the same issue lol
