You did such a great job! Impressive!!! A super sharp knife is super important when cutting your rolls! Also you can slip your bamboo roller into a gallon bag if you don't want to mess with a bunch of plastic wrap. When you want to shred your crab sticks, they will unroll into a flat sheet and it is already slightly cut into small shreds, you just have to peel apart, you'll see what I mean of you try to unroll one. Great job!

Hey Ki! I'm gonna try this. Easy tip for the rice. You can buy sticky white rice in the frozen section @ Walmart. I think its made by Kikoman, but called Sticky white rice. Try it next time to see how it works.
