I love your recipes. Love the chocolate concept. My daughter is so picky, but my husband is Lao, I'm 1/3 German and Hispanic. My son loves Lao food. He will be 13 in December. He eats it all. His favorite gel is gel bee

TheSweetpea73 there is an older one that I made with chicken (kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZLCZaFohNisnrs), but that one uses coconut cream.
Sabaidee Nana. Can you tell the audience where the cuisine original from what country, what town, what village or it may mix influence from other countries. Thank you for your posting cooking show. I'll have another type of cooking in my family menu.

excellent but I am a little confuse between vermicelli noodle and rice noodle (kow poon and sent lont) isn't it two different kind of noodle?
@CookingwithNana7 жыл бұрын
+Phetsamone Xayyavong vermicelli are rice stick nooodles (Khao poon). The "sen lon" are the clear noodles made from mung bean starch.

@CookingwithNana4 жыл бұрын
Julia Yang I get the blood from Asian supermarkets. If you are in California, the SF Supermarket, 99 Ranch, Lion usually sell it. You may also find it at Latino meat markets.

I genuinely love all of your videos nana, but please stop using a metal spoon with your non stick pans! That non stick coating is really bad for you. ❤️❤️❤️
@CookingwithNana4 жыл бұрын
Boak Khoonsrivong yes metal spoon is messing up my non-stick coating. A few people also told me in comments that about the coating, but my doctor said it will just past through your body if you accidentally eat it. Doctor said it's only bad if you heat the pot really hot and you breathe in the smoke. Thank you for watching and your concern. ❤️
