What a precious show this was, realistic, pure and simple. Nonna was doing her, I loved when she was brushing the crumbs off of the bottom of Rossella's shirt. I love watching you and your Nonna cook. I have such incredible memories of cooking with MY Nonna (Fenezia) many, many years ago before we had cell phone cameras or even camcorders. Yet, I still have vivid memories of her teaching me how to get my hands in the mix and teaching me how to "feel" and "taste" instead of sticking to the exact recipe. She never had a written "recipe" for anything she made. I think of her every day and am so grateful that she taught me how to cook from the heart, brain, nose and palate.

Ohh, the memories of cooking with my grandmother! Although I had two older sisters, I was the one who loved to cook. Later in life I traveled for business extensively in Italy.
