It is so hard for dieting because the Samoan culture is so food centered. My dad had a hard time not eating the Samoan foods he loved. He passed 5 years ago. I pray that chef is able to do this and reverse his kidney issues.

so sorry to hear this about Chef in my honest experience with kidney failure I was able to have them recover after going on a carnivore diet and only 3 months in I started seeing and feeling drastic results and also with prayer to our Father in his Kingdom! Please put your dad on a strict carnivore diet with mainly beef being his go to choice. I pray this helps as it not only helped me but it also recovered my dads kidney disease too. I know it’s hard but his mistake was throwing away his insulin because once ur on insulin n ur kidneys are low u need to let the insulin do its job by letting the kidney relax but because their is no insulin the kidney is over working love his diet n everything but he should’ve stuck to his insulin but malo lava le faamalosi, im speaking of experience but im too late im on dialysis because i thought i can reverse it but too late u can reverse this chef u got this 🙏prayers for a speedy recovery 🙏
