APPLE JAM
INGREDIENTS
Apple 1kg
Sugar 750-800 g
Citric Acid 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ - 1 tsp
PREPARTION
1.Peel and keep the apple in water, grate it and boil well stirring till done.
2.Add the sugar, stir continuously and reduce.
3.Add the citric acid dissolved in 1 tbsp water, stir till slightly sticky and
slightly caramalised and gets a shinning look.
4.Bottle when slightly cooled.
