Hi, I wanted to make this recipe but only have toaster oven. Do you think those would work? Also, I would be halving the recipe. Would a hand mixer be able to achieve such stiff peaks?

Hi. Hand mixer will work great. I tried toaster oven before and it should works fine just don’t expect them to be perfect.

Use cream cheese instead. It’s my favorite combo. For 8 oz of cream cheese I add 1 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Mine are cracked on top and they don't have feet they are flat on the bottom I followed the exact recipe. Any help?

Your batter could have been over-mixed (no feet) or you didn't let your macarons rest for long enough. Not enough rest, causes cracked shell

The downside of the cookies are so sticky when I make them, the cookies worked out okay but I had to be really careful if I took them of the baking mat 🙁 how do I fix this? 😊

Let them cool down completely before removing them from the mat. Silicon mat is better than parchment paper. And they might be underbaked because every oven is a little different. Bake for extra few min ❤️

With the filling they can be refrigerated for about 3 days and after they will start to get soft. Or freeze them for 2-3 months without loosing texture and flavor.

Regular size about 20. I usually do tiny macarons and get 25.
