I just made it. I change out red chili flakes for jalapeno. We like that flavor better. We added double zucchini. Next time we will add a bell pepper, red or yellow. It's very delicious. I like the way the water made a little gravy and my wife walked in the house after I cooked it and just went crazy over the smell. She loved it.

Excellent Stacy! I "cracked" open a few of the dried peppers that you use for appearance, and still included the dried chili flakes. It was so good. Love the recipe, simple and easy to follow!
