Stacey! I'm speechless; this is the best teriyaki chicken recipe. It is so simple, and I used my mistique charcoal BBQ. It turned out so delicious; you're the best!

I noticed the recipe calls for oyster sauce but I’m wondering if you were saying Hoisin sauce. It looked thick and dark like Hoisin sauce. Please reply

Do you have a recipe for the char sui? Also can I use onion instead of shallot? What is red yeast rice powder? Is there a substitute I can find in the United States? Thx

Hands down the best dish I've made. This was phenomenal, restaurant quality. I had to make some changes due to ingredient availability, but it still turned out great, thank you!

Juat made thisnfoensinner tonight. Ive teued variations of the recipe but this came out pretty good. I did accidentally put like triple the baking soda but it only made it more tender i guess. Came out amazing. I just quadrupled thw recipe and made 4 lbs of chicken and broccoli

Thank you for the recipe, looks scrumptious 🤤 Can I replace the rice wine with white vinegar and/or apple juice? Or a combination of the 2?

This came out Awesome. I felt like I ordered out. Lol. I might have needed to make my Broccoli pieces a bit smaller because a few were a little on the undercooked side but the majority of the Broccoli had that crispy snap that I love. Thank you. Also, I don't eat shellfish or use shellfish ingredients, so I used Hoisin sauce in place of Oyster sauce and it was really good.
