3 mini sweet pumpkin 3, 1 or 2 carrots, A beet root, 2 red paprika , A head of broccoli, 3 eggplants
[Eggplant dipping sauce]
Steamed eggplants, 2cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of perilla oil, 1 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoons of tuna liquid, 1/4 tablespoons of salt, nutmeg powder (optional), 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds (perilla seeds available)
1. Wash the sweet pumpkin, carrots, and beet roots clean and prepare.
2. Put the mini sweet pumpkin in the steamer as a whole , cut the carrot into 6 pieces and the beat into 8 pieces and put them in the steamer.
3. When the water in the pot boils, put the steamer and steam for 20 minutes, then transfer to the tray to cool.
4. Cut the broccoli into small florets, cut the paprika into bite-size pieces, and cut the eggplant diagonally.
5. When the water boils in a steamer, steam it for 3 to 5 minutes, then transfer it to the tray to cool it.
6. Press and drain the steamed eggplant with a spatula, add the seasoning above to the food processor, and grind it finely.
7. Cut the steamed vegetables into bite-size pieces, then place them in a vacuum sealed container and store them in the refrigerator.
