[Ingredients]
1 carrot , 1 zucchini , 1 eggplant , 6 shiitake mushroom , 1 paprika, cabbage, 1 egg
[steamed carrot] whole grain mustard, salt and pepper, extra Virgin olive oil
[steamed eggplant and shiitake mushrooms] Tuna liquid, pepper, sesame seeds, perilla oil
[steamed zucchini] Pink salt, perilla oil
1. Cut each vegetable in a good way to eat.
2. Put one serving each in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator and take it out in the morning.
3. Place all ingredients in a steamer. In a small bowl, spread sesame oil on the bottom and sides and add an egg.
4. When the water in the pot boils, lift the steamer and cover.
5. Steam the crunchy texture for 5 minutes, set it aside for 2 minutes, steam the soft texture for 7 minutes, and set it aside for 2 minutes.
6. Put it on a plate and simply sprinkle salt and perilla oil or put other vegetables in steamed cabbage and wrap it with a little bit of ssamjang. You can eat it better if you season each steamed vegetable deliciously

[Ingredients]
Fresh mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, broccoli, carrots
1. Cut raw shiitake mushrooms into bite-size pieces, add salt, ginger powder, soy sauce and olive oil, mix roughly, and place in a steamer.
2. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half, then slice it diagonally and mix with a pinch of salt and olive oil, then place in a steamer.

8. Slice carrots thinly and mix with salt and olive oil, then place in a steamer.
9. When the water boils, steam it for 2 minutes, cool it, and put it in an airtight container.

[4 servings of ingredients]
1/4 cabbage, 1/4 red cabbage, 1 carrot (medium), 2 eggs, half an apple
[Tofu dressing]
300g of tofu, half an onion, 1 organic lemon (lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice), half a teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 4 tablespoons of olive oil
1. Place cabbage, carrots and eggs in a steamer.
2. Chop the onions into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl to combine all of the above ingredients.
3. Cook tofu in the microwave for 1 minute, and crush finely.
4. You can add crushed tofu to a mixing bowl and mix it well, taste it and add salt.
5. When the water boils in the pot, put the steamer on and steam for 5 minutes.
6. Take out the cabbage first, steam the carrots for another minute or two, and then take them out.
7. Steam the eggs for 3-4 minutes and leave as they are.
8. Cut the steamed carrots into small pieces and place the cabbage in a mixing bowl.
9. Slice half an apple into a carrot-like size and place in a mixing bowl.
10. Cut one steamed egg roughly and mix it well in a mixing bowl.
11. Put it pretty on a salad plate and cut up the remaining egg and enjoy it.
