For those of us that don't have access to Vite Ramen, I highly recommend using some kind of wholewheat egg noodles and similar, as those are also high in protein usually, and leave you fuller for a longer time. My go-to quick ramen sauce is gochujang, tahini and soy sauce, as well as some of the starchy pasta water. The time spent cooking to result-ratio is really nice, and the meal can just as well be a dinner you cook for guests, as well as a quick lunch.

I forget the brand but there's also chickpea pasta that I've seen sold at Walmart, target, and sprouts. 20g of protein per serving. The texture won't be ramen-esq but if you don't mind a firmer pasta noodle for more like a lo Mein effect it's perfectly fine. Barilla makes a protein pasta as well that's more tender but half the protein

When Edo first summons Phoenix Enforcer on TV, he doesn't recognize it and his friends point out that it's another form of Flame Wingman and he could make it if he wanted to, but we see physical fusion cards, so unless Judai has the card, he cannot make it. Since he's never made it and didn’t know it existed, it's safe to assume Phoenix Enforcer and it's Shining evolution is not in his possession.

The main ingredient is wheat flour with some added quinoa flour (which is good protein wise) and added gluten (which is some of the worst source of protein you can get) to get more overall protein content into the noodles. Definitely not worth the price imo.
