For those of us that don't have access to Vite Ramen, I highly recommend using some kind of wholewheat egg noodles and similar, as those are also high in protein usually, and leave you fuller for a longer time. My go-to quick ramen sauce is gochujang, tahini and soy sauce, as well as some of the starchy pasta water. The time spent cooking to result-ratio is really nice, and the meal can just as well be a dinner you cook for guests, as well as a quick lunch.

I forget the brand but there's also chickpea pasta that I've seen sold at Walmart, target, and sprouts. 20g of protein per serving. The texture won't be ramen-esq but if you don't mind a firmer pasta noodle for more like a lo Mein effect it's perfectly fine. Barilla makes a protein pasta as well that's more tender but half the protein

I'm a big fan of prep ahead meals. For work, I make 1-2 weeks worth of food at a time. All I do is run the rice cooker while I'm getting ready for work and life is good. Big bulk cooking also drives the price of earing down, which is helpful considering how things are gong right now. That being said, backup cooked chicken is an absolute godsend when you're hungry and pressed for time.

Honestly, it's a garbage product. Buy regular ramen, eat a half or 2/3rds portion, add an extra egg or some tofu and you pretty much get the exact same macros at a fraction of the cost. Like...a fraction of a fraction. You really going to pay 10x the price of Ramen for 10g of protein? Also, even as advertised, 26 g of protein is not really that high of protein.

As a note, Judai either doesn't have Phoenix Enforcer or fusion monsters do not work the way they do in the base game. When Edo first summons Phoenix Enforcer on TV, he doesn't recognize it and his friends point out that it's another form of Flame Wingman and he could make it if he wanted to, but we see physical fusion cards, so unless Judai has the card, he cannot make it. Since he's never made it and didn’t know it existed, it's safe to assume Phoenix Enforcer and it's Shining evolution is not in his possession.

You could replace the cheese in the burrito bowl with Parmesan which has a 10 G protein to 100 cal ratio, great for bulking.

You an also check out Shirataki noodles, theyre a type of noodles you can get at Asian grocery stores, and they have even less calories. Felu - Fit by cooking has a lot of vids on them, id recommend checking it out

The noodles are pretty bad imo. They are very expensive (30 dollars/kg) and mostly offer bad quality protein. The main ingredient is wheat flour with some added quinoa flour (which is good protein wise) and added gluten (which is some of the worst source of protein you can get) to get more overall protein content into the noodles. Definitely not worth the price imo.

Ethan, I have to recommend a different black vinegar. After seeking black vinegar to add to my noodles, i was hugely disappointed with the brand that you have and actively avoid the blue/yellow sauce brands. I highly recommend trying Jinshan Chinkiang Zhenjiang Vinegar. It is huge for noodles and the difference is staggering!!
