Mcpuff, perhaps one of the popular side snacks one the mcdonald’s indian menu which has the combination of pizza and puff taste. basically the stuffing is prepared with the veggies and pizza sauce later to to be stuffed inside the puff pastry.
Ingredients:
2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
For Stuffing:-
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup capsicum
1/3 cup carrot
1/3 cup peas
1/2 cup corn
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
3 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or process cheese
oil for frying

مكونات العجينه: ٢كوبان طحين نص معلقه نمك ملح ربع كوب زيت ماء للعجن تعجن جيدا حتا تصبح طريه بعض الشىء تغطى بغطاء نايلون.تترك لمده تحضير الحشوه. مكونات الحشوة: ٢ ملاعق زيت نباتي ملعقة ثوم مقطع ١/٣ كوب بصل مفروم ١/٣ كوب فلفل اخضر رومى ١/٣ كوب جزر مكعبات ١/٣ كوب بازلاء مجمده او فرش نص كوب كورن ذرة ملعقه نمك او ملح معلقه اورغانو نص معلقه رقائق فلفل أحمر حار مبروش . ملعقه فلفل أحمر حار بودرة ٢ ملعقه كاتشاب او صوص طماطم. معلقه صلصله فلفل حار sauce chili نص كوب جبنه موزريلاء او جبنه ع حسب ذوقك بارميزان. زيت للقلى. وصحه وهناء♥️😋🌹
