I finally made it and the results were great. here are some other observations though: for the last puff that I made, I had to use some atta instead of maida and it came out to be soft like a poori and not crispy at all. Also, instead of adding water, I added milk and also mixed in some mayonnaise. the result was quite creamy.

Hey! Just a suggestion: Don't use steel/iron spoons to stir the materials in a non-stick material pan. Use silicon/wooden spatulas :) It will maintain the good quality of the pan :)
