Mutton reshmi Kabab mutton seekh kabab how to make seekh kabab at home easy and delicious seekh kabab recipe
Ingredients:-
500 g mutton mince +10 % fat ( 50 g )
12-15 cashews paste
4-5 green chillies paste
2 tbsp corn flour or Ararot
3 tbsp chickpeas flour
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 fried onion paste
2 tbsp cream or malai
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chat masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Coriander leaves
Maybe mint leaves
1 lemon
1 tbsp butter
