Clarified Butter (घी) - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seed जीरा - 1 tsp
Ginger अदरक
Chopped Green Chilli हरी मिर्च - 2
Boiled Potato उबले आलू - 2
Roasted Peanut मूंगफली - 4 tbsp
Curry Leaves करी पत्ते
Rock Salt सेंधा नमक
Black Pepper Powder काली मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp
Peanut Powder मूंगफली पाउडर - 2 to 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice नींबू का रस
