I think you overestimate how much money they make on KZbin, the KZbin channel is mostly advertising for their tee-shirt company which works with many churches and ministries.

A better question is, how much does their church actually pay them for being full time youth ministers? Pastors usually have to work multiple jobs just to live and eat on a pastor's salary. These guys are youth ministers, and run this t-shirt company on the side as their secondary income. The channel is just advertising for their t-shirt company. I'm 100% perfectly content with every last cent of the little bit of money from this channel going to these 2 men so they can continue to serve God as ministers at their church as they give their time and energy to the kids in their community.
