Great problem solving! You are such a relatable woodworker because like you, most of us can't go out and but everything we need for our shop. So we make it. For health reasons I would rather see you use a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the plastic though. Heating it with a flame releases all kinds of toxic chemicals into the air. Especially be cautious when the little ones are around. Great job brother!!

Thank you very much, yup good using a head gun but I need more time. I must repeat 24 fin and repeat again 12 fin . Don't worry, my shop has an exhaust fan. by the ways thank you remind me and give tips

@@plywoodworking ⚠️ God has said in the Quran: 🔵 { O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous - ( 2:21 ) 🔴 [He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him]. ( 2:22 ) 🔵 And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Muhammad], then produce a surah the like thereof and call upon your witnesses other than Allah, if you should be truthful. ( 2:23 ) 🔴 But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.( 2:24 ) 🔵 And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally. ( 2:25 ) ⚠️ Quran

I'm sorry, but I think it's still kinda wobbly. But overall nice work! Keep it up! (Coba bawa ke tukang bubut fan bladenya, biar di bantu dial balancing nya mas hehe)

This is step 1 need all check again. See the table, the wobble from the table not the impeller. Part 2 reduces diameter by 10mm.

I like this it's a great build but I have a few questions--what RPM is it turning, if it only moves air looks like it will hold up, and do you have any plans for it
@plywoodworking2 жыл бұрын
I calculate rpm 2850-3000. this is part 1, this project continues on part 2. kzbin.info/www/bejne/boLPnYN_fKmeqqs . Now prepare make big cyclone

Yes I’m looking forward to seeing the rest of the build. I’ve been following you for a few years now and I still get excited when you drop a new video
@emmilianosanchez736 Жыл бұрын
Be careful with that design. I've seen it fail in other videos where the blades flew away due to the high revolutions. It doesn't matter if they're well glued; without a stop at the end, the centrifugal force pulls them out over time.

When you ask a question to someone you think is using a translator, it is very important to use proper grammar, otherwise they will not be able to translate it properly.

You obviously haven’t seen a steel impeller break off and puncture through a fan casing before or you wouldn’t be making one out of plastic and MDF. You are a great woodworker and craftsman but you should leave dust extraction equipment to the experts
@plywoodworking2 жыл бұрын
I have a factory dust collector before this, I know steel impeller but the design is different using a radial blade, that is why I change with centrifugal more light wind pressure but high volume and I cover with HMR (this is not MDF but this material is called HMR). Thank you for reminding me that why this project is very long because it needs detail and perfection. The standard dust collector usually all dust coming into the impeller going to dust bag that why the impeller breaks, sometimes suck large material.
