Cool Cure UV Exposure Chamber Tutorial, Flexible Cleanroom, Stanford Nano Shared Facilities

This is a tutorial on our new American Ultraviolet Cool Cure UV Exposure tool, which is in the Flexible Cleanroom, under the umbrella of Stanford Nano Shared Facilities, Stanford University. It uses four high intensity 365 nm UV lamps within a mirrored chamber to cure UV-curable polymers while keeping them cool (under about 35C) to avoid expansion or distortion.
