I grew up there in the 90s. Literally on c dock. A 1936 cabin cruiser back then. 36 footer. Now I live in Campbell River for 11 years on my 1925 44 foot cabin cruiser. 14 years as a kid on a boat in the inner harbor though. I rebuilt an 18 foot dory there with my dad. Used to steel customers from the harbor ferries 😆 I was 11 or 12 come one. But yup. Lived it there. It sure ain't what it was. Used to only be barbs down there. Now there's everything. But it's awesome. Just different
