Nice. I will get a dremel for small grinding. Bigger task, I will use my angle grinder cup grinder or with a rotary wire brush and sanding with the good old $0.50 cent sanding disc.

Hahaha. It's funny you do that at the 1:08 minute. You know you don't need to tighten them wheels up, you can just hand tighten them, they won't come loose .

Para mi no sirve es muy chica la circunferencia que tiene la válvula,hacer todo ese trabajo para eso,yo le pasó un taco de madera chica con lija si es para una superficie chica,o con la lija esa redonda q va en el plato del taladro es perder tiempo y trabajo para algo tan chico no le veo sentido.

Идея хороша, но очистить от ржавчины швеллер можно было с помощью точила со сменной стальной щеткой от УШМ, что автор и делал с клапаном. Решено, делаю себе такое точило. Саму идею с клапаном для мелких работ беру на вооружение.

Me too, because I’ve failed to understand as to why it’s a good idea to make a very small sander tool when there are already a plethora of sanding disc tools of many sizes that will do the same thing and you don’t have to cut out your own sanding discs. Maybe after using this technique you will really appreciate what’s already been invented for sanding items and not worry as much about what they cost. I’m already feeling much better about the cost.
