Jonggyeom was amazing! I'm glad he's sticking to his words and working out for his health and i can see his confidence coming back again :) Jisuk is amazing as usual, i wish i saw him do 20 but 18 was just as crazy to watch!

The happiest episode from others because I can see "Flying Seo Jiseok" assa.... OMG 18 block woa.... if he jump 20 block he will be go to Taenung become foot gyeokpa athlete daebak sageon... See Nahyeon jump I worried and my heart hurt because I know how much pain she should endure but so proud of her for challenge beyond her limit and for Yeonwoo ahjussi seriously huwa.... 2 thumbs up so sad Goryeo captain and ace failed in his 2nd attamp but I amaze with his VT (flying kick) even he lost but he praise another team member so sportmanship just like Seo Jiseok oppa... I know he tell Kim Seonchang sabeom to remove two block not because of dispirited him but because his worried and sportmanship. That Middle School girl just like flying squirrel woa... For Fist gyeokpa I amaze that helmoni can broke a lot of tiles, John Park and Jonggyeom oppa did great.... So heartbroken look Hoya oppa didnt broke many tiles but he did what he can in his injury 2 thumbs up KBS thank you I'm so happy because can see jump scene... KBS FIGHTING!!! COOL KIZ MEMBER FIGHTING!!!! PS: See Seo Jiseok oppa jump I imagine if he plays in action movie do jump and kick like that it would be awesome..... John Park sure can replace Changmin role by trying outsmart the PD team said "If staff team can break more they will do the challenge" kkkkkkkk

I think Cool Kidz should really switch with the members. Female Kwangsoo should try Gyerougi instead since she cannot do much because of her injury. She would honestly do a lot better than the mother. The mother of cool kidz should move to smashing because she has a strong body and since hoya has a injured right hand he should definitely go for the board kick. They would have a huge advantage if Hoya does it. I really do hope they make these changes.

I almost cried because I was nervous the whole time especially with the injuries that Cool Kiz have esp with Hoya that despite his injuries he feels bitter for not doing well but his teammates were very grateful to him and did well so he won't be burdened. Jisuk promising to her to make her feel less pressured is what makes me love this Taekwondo team so much that you can really feel that they are a TEAM. Seo Jordan is truly amazing and also John and the other guy plus the support of the whole team daebak,,, COOL KIZ hwaiting....

& Jiseok is back :D I actually liked the basketball matches better. The coaches there were more into the games, planning, explaining, gathering data, interacting with everyone and what not. They made me get into basketball and love the game. Plus it got us to laugh so hard at times :) I still like these Taekwondo matches, and everyone is exhibiting more & more talent, which is fun to watch, but sometimes it feels too emotional and too far away... Wish it'd get more interesting as the episodes continue ;) Looking forward to next week's episode ^^

This was really amazing especially the 82 year old and Seo Jiseok. These episodes are really inspiring and make me want to get into martial arts, especially tae kwon do. For anyone who loves smashing, I highly recommend watching the Dream Team Smash King special. Part two of Smash King I found particularly amazing.

I guess Hoya got his injury from This Is Infinite filming. He tried to hit a block of wood(?) that have no "spacing" in between. Right after that, he didn't really move his wrist and can tell that he's in pain.

To jump over a lot of distance for the side kick gyeokpah, you need to start with a high skip, to build momentum. 3 or 4 skips to cover the big distance, then 2 or three big strides to build your speed, then switch to short fast steps while crouching low to get ready to leap. The distance you jump is all about how you prepare your steps.

If this episode was filming after TII ep 7, so Hoya injured was from filming TII ep 7 when he had to smash the tiles too. And I think his injured because of his hand posture was not right. I ever did the wrong posture and got injured too
