I love darker colors in general, earth tones like dark greens and browns as well. Crimson and black are my favorite color combo.

I just started watercolor painting so I am not familiar with color names yet, but I love yellow colors. They are such happy colors to me and are so versatile when it comes to painting. Also you are the very first channel I came across when I started watercolor and you are a joy to watch. :)

My favorite water color has to be cadmium green. It's beautiful! Personally, this pallet would be PERFECT for me because my boyfriend and I often go out to the nature preserve and paint the life around us. It's kind of a pain to always be lugging around my paints with me. this would definitely be more convenient!! Plus, the colors are gorgeous!

I'm curious about that as well. I want to get these and do a side by side. These viviva sheets appear to be more user friendly in terms of packaging and the colors are nice and vibrant. ( though I must confess, I liked cutting up my peerless sheets and making my own paletter folders!)

Hi there! So sorry for the delay in my response! That's a great question! The Peerless sheets are indeed transparent paints that come on a sheet to be lifted by a wet brush, but they are actually engineered for photo tinting, not for on-the-go painting, as the Vivivas are. I did definitely think of them when I was approached for this project, but after experience with both, I found that the Vivivas are more of a professional painters tool than the Peerless are, at least in my humble opinion. :) Thanks very much for bringing this up though! I really like that these watercolors are getting exposure through many youtube artists, they seem like an interesting product to use. My favorite color is probably Red Ochre because you can get a variety of pleasing earthy red shades with it and it's valuable for me when mixing skin tones. And another one would be Indian Yellow, such a beautiful color! (I use White Nights watercolors)
