I used to color designs when I was young. The sheets came in tubes with markers and it was called Doodle Art. I would spend days and days coloring them. I love the idea that they come in books now. I never knew what to do with them after. LOVE your ideas! So creative!!!

I adore flowers and love to incorporate their lovely designs into my jewelry, decoupage art, and mixed media art pieces. The flower coloring book would definitely be a wonderful asset. Very wonderful ideas also. I didn't think of a bookmark nor a pen! I do have a pendant idea from seeing the pages. I live in Wyoming and our flower season is extremely short, we need all the renditions we can get. lol 😊 You have very good ideas and have helped out a couple times at least, Thank you Lindsay.

I love to colour and I love your videos. I live in UK so as soon as I see you demonstrate something good, I try and buy the same on Amazon or Ebay but sadly most of the items we can't buy over here and we don't have the great shops or vouchers that you talk about. I don't know how you think of so many different projects, you are very inventive. Thanks for great daily videos.

Great tips. I just got into the adult coloring books, an activity that I very much enjoyed as a kid. I've only used my prismacolor colored pencils thus far. I used Gamsol just a bit and I was surprised to see that it dried clear and didn't mess up the picture on the back page. My books have a lot of detail which made me very grateful for my pencil sharpener. It brings the pencils to a very fine point without breaking. Your suggestions are very creative. Thanks.

Excellent ideas, Lindsay. I've not gotten into the coloring craze, because I didn't want to spend all of that time without a purpose for my end result. My friend colors very detailed pictures and she said she makes copies to use in projects and keeps the originals. That might be a tip for someone if they can't part with their original copy. Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas! Shell

Awesome project Lindsay!! I've been coloring in siilar books for a while now. Its a great way to pass the time while at dialysis! Thank you so much for the ideas on what to actually use these images for! Can you please suggest a sealant for the pen? I would love to make some, but I'm kind of OCD about having glitter all over my hands while using them. I'm just weird like that lol. You're always so inspiring and I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Haven't seen what Lindsey has to say in this vid yet though so I really should watch a WHOLE vid before commenting! Many people are colouring in at the moment. So I'm sure some bright sparks will be hit with the inspiration stick!

These are so awesome and my mom and I are kind of addicted to adult coloring books. Lindsay, could you use a retractable pen perhaps with the clip removed? Just a tip for everyone: The paper is obviously great for many media in the Color It books, but if I don't love the paper in a given book or with some designs I've thought I want to watercolor them for example, I photocopy the page either directly onto cardstock or transfer the copy to WC paper.
