Adding that extra “pop” or rotation, that’s where the power comes from, but ONLY IF YOURE RELAXED. I’m a martial artist and im speaking more so from that standpoint, but the same concepts apply 🤷🏼‍♀️

when i was playin baseball in college, VT had an all-american pitcher, Angela Tincher, that no-hit the US national team in a scrimmage. I had the chance to get in the box and face her. It gave me a whole new respect for softball players...shit was unhittable 😂

We have adult softball leagues here (NC). They do men’s, women’s, coed and 50+ leagues. It’s soooo much fun! I can’t handle fast pitch. They introduced it my junior year and it was mandatory my senior year. It ate my shoulders up so I stuck with being a part of the training staff lol

@@xinalorreen2031I’m almost certain it’s a curve because if you look at her leading foot when she throws it, it isn’t straight out from where she started, which is how you are supposed to position your feet for curves.
