I have the Fifine mic for a year and a half now and its pretty decent for the price, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a budget mic. The audio is pretty good when I stream and I can always adjust the audio settings in OBS and the volume button on the mic if I need to since it was a little loud for me with the default settings.

Yes. I bought it after watching some noteworthy KZbin tech channels recommending it. I needed a good one after my arctis 3 mic died. For gaming and online class. 6 months and not a single issue. Use RTX voice if need that extra isolation.

Ed, for the lightbar you can actually hold the buttons to get the exact brightness or temperature. A pretty neat feature that really makes it a good lightbar.

I've been using the Fifine microphone for a few years now and it sounds great for its very low price. However, the boom arm did break on me. I got a Tonor boom arm which is much sturdier and has a greater reach for larger desks.

The cable spine is a pretty unique fix for a common problem, but I'd just go with mounting a power strip underneath and only have the cord from the power strip hanging down.

i recommend the yotto microphone kit, from what i remember i comes in both boom arm or a heavy mic stand variants and the quality is top notch for about 50 dollars much recommended, great for recording anything even podcasts

I made the ledbars myself using a $1 usb 30cm ledstrip that I already had two of and i sticked it to a white pole that i made out of legos. i put one of those profiles that make naked ledstrips look good to make it even better!

That last one gave me hope for getting a rising desk. lol. But I would put that behind the leg, and still get one of those boxes for the rest of the cables coming out of it. Giving it a completely clean look. Which is now what I'll do whenever I do this in the future.
