First, could the deep massage and guasha techniques lead to skin sagging over time due to the tugging? And second, as a devout sunscreen user, I'm puzzled about the recommendation to reapply every two hours, especially when wearing full makeup. It seems impractical and potentially greasy. Thank You . To answer your questions: 1- No. Collagen is a protein that provides structure for the skin and helps to keep its firmness. Elastin is a protein that allows skin to stretch and bounce back. The two combined work together to give our faces the shape they have. While many factors account for us losing structure over time, like sun, pollution, smoking, and drinking, it is actually a myth that we can “rub” wrinkles or loss of elasticity into the skin. In fact, skincare professionals are taught both upward and downward massage in order to stimulate circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage and oxygenate the skin. Downward massage specifically gets rid of puffiness and contours the face. 2- you can try setting spray/ setting must that has sunscreen to refresh
