If you are looking for a super easy, not too sweet icing for your next cake, you have found the right recipe!
Cool Whip Icing
1 small box instant pudding (we used white chocolate for a white color) 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
1 small container Cool Whip, thawed.
Mix pudding mix and powdered sugar together in medium to large mixing bowl. Add milk and mix on low speed with hand mixer until blended.
Let mixture stand for 3 minutes at room temperature.
Fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
Frost cake or refrigerate if not going to use until later.. Refrigerate frosted cake until time to serve.
Use any flavor pudding you like. Remember that vanilla pudding mix will yield a more yellow icing. If you want a white icing, use the white chocolate flavor.
