We were lucky to get there extra early and dropped off so we could enjoy seeing The Strokes…we love them and so do MANY in this area. But, have to say the traffic to get to this stadium and the parking situation is a mess. Also a weekday, so people just getting off work and starting to trickle in.

I don’t think they were dead the stadium was just 1/4 full. I don’t know the idiot who decided to start so early it’s Florida ppl are always late Traffic sucks and ppl tend to get out of work At 5. Just getting into the stadium was difficult and I got there early.

My crew danced the whole set! We were floor but back a bit, it was a sparse crowd. I can’t imagine buying tickets to miss the Strokes opener, but a bunch of people did exactly that. It was an early concert sure, but that couldn’t be my excuse man.

I made sure to get to the stadium by 6:30 and we nearly missed it . Seen them 4 times and this was by far the absolute worst crowd . I felt bad for them. There is a reason why lots of bands skip south Florida and this is probably the biggest . I think Julian even made a comment about how the crowd probably would like Reggaeton more. So sad . PS. Was it me or was Under Cover of Darkness off tempo.
