Cooler Final form is a boss character in this game. Fun fact, his heavy ki blast causes paralysis for a few seconds which is a really strong close range option to stop players using perception 😎

I've been trying final form out, and he's pretty fun. Has pretty good combos, has a barrier, and has a 2 cost beam super that's very fast. Only thing missing is a insta sparking skill.
