I prefer not doing the weird whiff jump medium bc people are generally less fearful if you're further away, and it's pretty hard to capitalize properly when you're that far away. also, when you DR always use 5L first, it catches people trying to hard-read ur DR and generally covers more options against your opponent. i also find that being closer helps with putting your kick way early in the blockstring, for example 5L-2L-5M-2M-6H-5S-5H-236H or M will get hard called out by anyone if they've seen cooler before, but pulling some sneaky shit like 5L-5M-236H-5L-DR is a really good way to mix ppl out of their shoes that is also pretty safe, but you need to be closer which this pressure doesnt allow. this isgood for beginners that can't time their safe-jumps though

No it wasn't. This shit doesn't work. Unless you're playing at Saibaman lvl. People don't just sit there on wakeup. Heck nobody even uses the ground this game. All they do is hop hop hop hop hop hop. ESPECIALLY on wakeup they will hop backwards. This game rewards cowardly behavior. This tech doesn't work

I’ve been using cooler since day 1 I love this character after the level 3 you can run up and do medium dive kick as well the medium version has such height that it catches spark

You can also run up and IAD cross them up. I've gotten a lot of people with it before. You can add another layer to the mix by running up to them and crossing them up but then do a back dash (while you're still in the air) to get a same side mix up.

I don't understand why they felt like it was necessary to make Coolers counter lvl 3 deal less damage then his close up grab lvl 3
@MSCDonkeyKong Жыл бұрын
i’m guessing its because its frame 1 and the grab whiffs on crouching opponents.

That jump tail stuff only works in training my guy because all ppl do in FighterZ back jump on wakeup and hide behind assists. Nobody except scrubs sit there and block on wakeup. The enture game can be summed up to Dragonball JumperZ. It's hop hop hop hop hop hop hop around the whole map waiting for assist cooldowns then assist hop hop assist hop hop hop hop hop.

You don’t know what your talking about buddy, this is a frame trap, I’ve used this against dekillsage, double L, koustics , neo Juduia, and a lot of other high level players. And guess what, it smoked them. Frame traps are strong in this game

If they're jumping on wakeup off hard knockdown it's cuz ur not timing your jump-ins properly.
