Cooler Tribute

Good night everyone!, here we have... Cooler!, Cooler was an alien, prince of Universe 7, commander of the Freezer Empire along with his younger brother Frieza, and their father, the Great King Cold, who did it in secret, then, when he was defeated by Goku, almost killing him, he finds a way to come back with some metal stuff, was not a difficult video, but the song I choose before this one wasn't that fitting, but hey, I did it!, and I really like the result, hope you like and see ya.

Even though I am definitely more a fan of cooler’s brother more. I still like him a bit. I especially like the design of Mecha Cooler and his repairing method is very cool! The video is very good ! Good job!

Favorite villain (who didn't turn hero) in the series. Basically Frieza, but without the bullshit showboating. He knows what it takes to get things done, and instead of toying with those inferior to him, he uses their weakness to kill them faster.

Honestly I feel like he could be n awesome equivalent to Hit if he was ever made canon. Not a hero but also not a villain. Just a guy who gets sh*t done and enjoys a good challenge.

@@alphawolf7417 That could be interesting, especially the last bit about liking a good challenge. Give him a tyrannical personality like Frieza, but much more assertive in getting things done, but at the same time also enjoying a good challenge for the sake of proving himself better than Frieza, and therefore preferring to do things with his own hands instead of rely on minions. Sort of a way of coping for how his brother was always the one in the spotlight. Like Cooler grew up being the underappreciated son/brother, so his actions are because he feels like he has something to prove, and relishes in opportunities that allow him to do so. But unlike other villains, he keeps a sensible head on his shoulders, and doesn't let that interest in proving himself cloud his judgment.

@@gurvmlk to me Cooler doesn't really need to be tyrannical. Unlike Frieza who will mobilize his whole army to settle a personal grudge Cooler seems like a guy who will only get involved when necessary. A lot of this though is my personal opinion, stemming from a theory I made a few years ago on where Cooler is and why we don't see him.

@@alphawolf7417 That could make sense in regards to King Kai's warnings to Goku about Frieza, despite Cooler being stronger (back during the Namek Saga). Aside from Cooler simply not being mentioned because he didn't exist yet, it could also be because King Kai didn't really consider Cooler the same sort of threat as Frieza, because he's more laid back, and less villainous in his actions. Yes, he might destroy a planet or two if given a reason to do so, but typically he's rather inactive, and sticks to his own devices instead of deliberately causing trouble. That is, until something like revenge is on the agenda. But even in Cooler's Revenge, it felt less like he was hoping to avenge Frieza's death, and more that he sought personal revenge for Goku having cast shame unto his family name.

@@gurvmlk see my theory for where Cooler is and why we don't see him in canon actually dives into what Cooler actually is. According to guidebooks Frieza and his father are classified as mutants of their species, the Frost Demons (Name dropped by Cell in Xenoverse). But weirdly Cooler doesn't actually resemble either Frieza or Cold (as seen in the guidebooks) in their final forms. This always confused me and led me to wonder. Is Cooler a mutant or is he a normal Frost Demon. Then i looked at the Frost Demon race in Xenoverse and noticed they are more akin to Cooler, as they are more armored then Frieza or Cold. And then it hit me. What if Cooler wasn't given his Father's throne because he was born normal? This made everything click like a switch for me. As for where Cooler is, my theory is unlike Cold or Frieza who are obsessed with universal control, Cooler is the lord of their actual race on their home world.

Like I said before I haven’t watched Dragon Ball so I don’t know much of anything about Cooler other than he’s Frieza’s brother lol. But this was a COOL video, the song is great and matched the scenes well, great job as always.
