I love Refrigerators….. I’ll answer a few more questions people might bring up after watching the video: Q: Didn’t Cooler say he can destroy the sun in Movie 5? A: Yes, he did but that was English Dub only and was not in the original Japanese Dub. Though given the range of power I gave to him, it coincidentally checks out. Q: No mention of Meta-Cooler’s power or comparison to Cell? A: Due to the lack of feats within his 2nd film, along with the abundance of contradictions to say it occurs during the cell games, I didn’t want to speculate Meta-Cooler’s power with little evidence. Hence why Meta-Cooler’s stats for power are open-ended. Q: Was there a reason to bring up all of Cooler’s game appearances? A: Due to the convolution of Xenoverse and Heroes, technically it views all games, anime, specials, and so on as canon. Meaning in a way, the heroes Cooler would be capable of doing everything all past incarnations has done but for the sake of organization, I separated each version just to not get confusing for the viewer. Q: You forgot to bring up [insert random cooler fact here] Numbers. U dum dum. A: I’m sure I did miss something given how long he has existed but because it was meant to explain Cooler’s power, not his entire history in general. I didn’t want to bring up other potential obscure differences that don’t at all change how he is portrayed in strength. Q: But the anime and GT tho? A: Yes, I’m sure people will still have grips on that but regardless of what you want to believe, Toriyama, Koyama and the guides heavily disagree with that connection which is why I for the sake of “throwing a bone” said that IF he does correlate to the anime, he is placed within that 3 sagas range I brought up. Either way, I firmly believe that Cooler’s movies are in their own universe with their own weird scaling, just like how the future androids are weaker than their present selves just cuz different realities, I guess. Also, I’d like to give credit to the entire DB fandom for all the game footage, I’m very grateful for their help as I don’t own many of those game titles, so if you notice your recordings, shoutouts to yall. Not counting gods but counting movie villains, his “strongest in the universe” statement would almost be true honestly. Cell, Janemba, and 13 didn’t exist yet. Buu, Bojack, Tapion, and Hirudegarn were sealed. Vegeta didn’t have SSJ, and Trunks was in a different timeline. This would arguably mean the only people stronger than him at that moment would be Goku and maybe Broly, but you could also argue Broly would be in a suppressed state at this point. Ultimately his statement did have some merit.

I have absolutely nothing to support this claim purely out of my own bias for cooler. Just based off his short appearances and him always feeling good to play in any dbz game, and how his english voice portrays him, I always saw Cooler being more of a fighter than Frieza. Obviously Frieza loves to fight now, but before only did it cause he had to. Cooler seems like someone who is isnt whiny about being hurt and enjoys a good fight. Before anyone asks, his japanese voice is basically frieza with a different skin. His english voice sounds distinct and makes him sound more mature than his bratty younger brother. Even in the games when they have same lines, his english voice really comes off as the cool big brother talking down to his upstart little bro.

That makes sense. The anime has characters shelved for a time whereas the films want to showcase all the characters. This means they would have to come up with combinations that do not exist in the anime. The perfect example of this is Tree of Might which features Goku and Piccolo despite Piccolo dying as Goku returns. I think the films should be a separate canon and not be bound by these limits.

The Films take place in an "alternate dimension" (what akira toriyama said), so they're not really supposed to fit in canon. Its also why Broly is seen destroying an entire galaxy and goku somehow being able to defeat him despite Cell being their biggest threat despite being only solar system level

Tho to be fair, I did say his game counterpart can scale to above super perfect cell, so i guess now, lowballed, he's above 100% final form frieza (namek saga), mid ball, above perfect cell and his high balled scale is the likes of mystic gohan since Shin Budokai Gohan and likewise Gogeta would be around that level. I literally researched the dude for 3 months......and I STILL SOMEHOW MISSED THAT! XD But either way, i guess its another neat way to further prove Game Cooler is a bigger chad than his movie counterpart. lol
