Just an ordinary button accordion. melodions are smaller, usually one row only, though in the US they call lots of accordions melodions

@@grahamcampbell1947 in Ireland the 1 row is called a melodeon, 2 rows are all accordions - in England they are all melodeons, only the piano key is an accordion - in Louisiana the 1 row melodeon is a Cajun accordion. Confusing enough?😁
