Information might not always be reliable. Social media is full of misleading content nowadays. I was perplexed when I came across the 'GRWM' trend; it really shows how much we have declined. At least channels like this create curiosity. I never understood science when I was a kid because teachers never taught it the way they should have. Now, being 27 years old, I Google things like what's shown in this particular video out of curiosity and learn more so that I can pass on the knowledge to the next generation.

This is simple Thermodynamics. Boiling Temperature depends upon under which pressure the matter is boiling. For example boiling temperature of water increases when pressure increases just like pressure cooker and in this experiment when the syringe plunger is pulled a vacuum created which lower the boiling point of water and boiling of water occured and due to evaporation on water temperature lowered in the syringe. I worked in a power plant and we do the both thing in power plant. We boil the water in high pressure in boiler and cool the water in vacuum in condenser.

Steam turbine ka condenser vacuum pr hota hai aur us pressure pr jo LP ky last stage sy steam aati hai tu CW steam sy latent heat ly kr usay condense krdaita hai Cooling tower mein boiling tu nhi likan evaporative cooling sy 7 degrees tak ki range li jati hai Ab tu super critical boilers bhi agaye hain jidr drum hotay hi nhi. Sara khail pressure aur temperature ka hai.

actually plunger khichne se system pressure drop hua. pressure kam hone se kam temperature me hi evaporation shuru ho gaya...evaporation ke liye heat pani apni body se liya ...isliye temperature bhi drop hua aur pani bhi evaporate hua. aur bilkul aisa hote he moon ke surface pe. woha pani le jao jao pani boil hone lagte he atmospheric pressure kam hone ke karan. aur latent heat use hone ke karan pani ka temperature itna drop hota he wo ice ban jata he.

Broo broo brooo Earthen pot works on the concept of evaporation.. this happens due to pressure difference change... As pressure got changed (lowered) the elements (here water) needs to release something to equalise... The difference here is pressure... Earthen pot pressure remains same.
