Ocean Riviera Paradise is one of the CHEAPEST ALL INCLUSIVE RESORTS IN MEXICO. This is definitely one of the best hotels for the money I've ever stayed at. I expected it to be terrible but it was TERRIFIC!
Ocean Riviera Paradise has a great location because it is only 40 minutes away from the Cancun airport. Plus, the hotel has an adults-only option with an exclusive area with separated tower, gigantic pool, exclusive restaurants and overall a more tranquil and upscale experience. Overall, the rooms were surprisingly huge, the food was shockingly good, the resort was amazingly quiet, and the experience was great!
If you are looking for a Caribbean vacation in Mexico and considering either Playa Del Carmen or Cancun in the Riviera Mayo region, then you MUST WATCH THIS VIDEO before you book any hotel.

I went here with my kids aged 7 and 5 and we had a blast. Loved the fact that there were multiple pools and a whole kids water park section so kids weren’t all up in the adult spaces. The food was bomb. And the best part, the price. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. I’ll definitely be going back.

They way they did the rainbow shots is by mixing different alcohols and mixers (eg. blue curacao + vodka for blue.. grenadine + vodka for red...melon liquor + vodka for green, etc.). Then, they layer each drink by density. Grenadine/vodka goes in the shaker first because grenadine is one of the most dense liquids in the drinking world, while the blue curacao + vodka goes in last because they are both thin alcoholic liquids. That's why every rainbow shots start blue and end with red.

This was our first resort in Mexico back in 2018 and we loved it!! So luxurious and modern. The only downside was the steakhouse was under reno but there are 9 other restaurants to enjoy! Will definitely go back again since mexico resorts are hit and miss. But I would def recommend Ocean Riviera!!

I booked 3 Eden ocean front rooftop jacuzzi suites for Sept. I couldn't pass up the 30% off H10 was having on cyber month. Love your reviews brother. Now hopefully we get a little luck on the seaweed flow, the beach looks ok outside of that. You know how seaweed can be.

I love the video, as always!!! I know you probably get all sort of request for trips or reviews, but I am going to go for the top and throw mine out there for you to consider... I would love to see you do resort comparisons for what I call upper or high end all inclusive resorts in the Cancun area... Such as Le Blanc, Live Aqua, Excellence Playa Majeures, Unico 2087, Secrets Moxche Impressions, Grand Velas or any that you feel fit into this category... I know a trip may not be feasible considering the cost of the some of these resorts but figured, may as well throw it out there..... Lol.... Never know.... Just incase you are looking for trip ideas in the future.... I would love to hear your take on these resorts and how feel there compare or stack up to one another.... You are bringing me back. We went in June 2017 shortly after they opened. Our biggest disappointment was how rocky the beach was entering into the water. But the food was great, service was excellent. The maturity of the foliage is evident from then to now. Seems to continue to be an excellent value. What is next? 🏝️ or 🎰

Good way to start off the day with ‘the kiss.’ Got thru the Spanish ads, then Febreeze in Spanish then a discreet undies ad, and i was ready for a cocktail at the pool. Then an Expedia ad broke in right before the breakfast buffet. And what a spread they have! Never seen so many syrup options before! The buffet bar was so clean, uncluttered, no people hovering over the food 👌🏻 perfecto. Get a room with blackout shades James and get that sleep! All the best,

Yes! Here as we speak (end of Feb 2024) and staying in the Eden section. Honestly so many pluses and very little negatives. Even the beach has very little sargassum! Will definitely be coming back!

Me and my late hubby went here when it first opened. We were astonished!! The price we paid versus the room, food etc. I think there was a bowling alley there. We had the El Beso swim out.

We just got back from this resort. Will say the beach was amazing. Very little seaweed and what did land on the beach they cleaned up very early in the morning to have it nice when the crowd showed up. Blue Moon was hands down the best restaurant on this resort.

Is this a H10 hotel? We are trying Ocean Maya Royale next March and it’s an H10. Looks like we are going to move our reservation this November from the Wyndham Alltra to this property. You want the Seaview EDEN rooftop suite. Not the Privilege suites as the Eden has the view . Just upgrade to privilege at resort and eden suite.

The sargassum is an invasive issue with most of riviera maya. Expect it to be year round. Some hotels it’s worse depending on the location.
