I’m not too sure what you’re talking about. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the RU properties to Central Cabo.

I have had Ambassador status for 8 years and my experiences have been ONLY positive, whether before, during or after Covid. The first lady who looked after me from the office in Ireland was really great. She took care of more than I ever wanted. The only thing missing was the red carpet at the hotel. During Covid, we all had a collective email and after that they had to increase the minimum turnover to 23000 USD to finance the personal advisors - at least that's how I understood it. But the good experience is definitely related to the fact that I only travel in Europe, UAE region and especially Asia. In some hotels, they have never had an AMBASSADOR as a guest and then there were photo sessions with me. When I booked the cheapest room category, I ALWAYS got a suite, even for long stays. Even when redeeming Bonvoy points, I ALWAYS got a suite and recently even got the suite next to it for a couple who are friends of mine. In the Maldives, there was an overwater villa. I think that the people at Marriott have already realized that they do far too little for Ambassador customers, unless Your 24 is no different from Titanium. In Asia, the President Asia-Pacific gives a nice gift and card to every Ambassador customer for every stay. I don't need the Ambassador account manager; I deal with the hotels directly.

I have never stayed there, but just a few days ago I made a reservation to stay 3 nights later this year. Reservation will be for 3 nights in late Oct 2024: 3 nights at $67.50 = $202.50 (that's the AARP discount rate) Another $125 for taxes & resort fees made my GRAND TOTAL $328 for those 3 nights.

Um casal do meu país esteve lá e avaliou no Tripadvsor que faltou água no hotel e os chuveiros eram água fria , então pagaram extra para categoria superior o quarto cheirava mofo o banho somente água fria e tinha piscina privada sem privacidade com vista para uma obra de construção civil , por fim no quarto dia eles chegaram de manhã da praia não existia água para consumo beber e faltava água nos banheiros do hotel e também nos quartos . Eles só restou entrar em contato no Brasil com agência e pedir cancelamento e reembolso dos dias restantes e assim a agência fez e os remanejou para Melia beach resort e assim tiveram dias felizes a desfrutar das férias

I loved this property! Did you happen to get the sushi by the main lobby bar? I thought it was better than good, I thought it was great and truly a distinctive feature! Make sure you ask for the bartenders to double up on your liquor amounts, they seem to be a little light on the pour!

I ate at this place on Sunday, September 29. I had won $700 at the Poker table and decided to splurge a little. The previous day I ate at BREZZA next to Carversteak and it was OUTSTANDING. I had high hopes for the Carversteak house but was disappointed for the overall price. With tip I paid $180 for the ribeye ($88), Sautéed Spinach, Potato Gratin and a Beer. The Spinach, Potato Gratin and beer were outstanding. However, the Medium Rare Ribeye steak wasn't impressive at all. There was a lot more fat on the edge of the Ribeye than I normal get from the regular supermarket. I couldn't really chew the fat at all. The steak was juicy but not as flavorful as I expected. I think a medium steak may have been better to sear on the top and maybe could have added a bit more flavor. I love steak and try to cook one every week at home and maybe I'm jaded. However, I was a bit disappointed at the price. My only complaint about the servers is that I had to ask three time for ice water. The water they poured wasn't really cold and only after asking for a glass of ice for the third time did they bring something around. It was also a little confusing on who was waiting for me. If I hadn't won the money at the Poker room I would have been disappointed with this experience. However, since I was eating on house money, it was OK.

Please redo a review on this hotel. I was there last year because of this video. I know everyone doesn't have the same experience but I also know there's other people like me. Their service is horrendous. We had so many issues with being locked out of a room, privacy, Having strangers come in while we were showering, we complain so many times and they were always laughing at us. As in litteraly it sounds like a joke. I often go to luxury resort. Assuming they care about their reputation, but these ones definitely don't. Because whenever we told them about our misfortune, they would laugh and say it happens, not apologize, not offer anything in return. We wanted to leave early and they wouldn't refund us anything. i was at lopesan for my honeymoon. Worst experience of my life. Honesty only the service. Food is ok but for the price the service is embarrassing. Whe had Issues with our rooms talk to the manager us to change. They were rude every single time to us dated in care that we paid, and we're treated poorly. It was a year ago, they gave us a voucher. After we pushed really hard cause, we wanted to leave the resort early, but they wouldn't refund us this year. We were supposed to use the voucher for 3 free nights. Reach out to the manager. They're saying we made it up and never existed. Even though we have email confirmation. Honestly, I wish more people would boycott this hotel. I understand everyone has unique experiences but I've been to all the luxury hotel in the area and the fact that they care so little about the customer. I find it crazy. I don't care if it's Disneyland I cannot recommend this to anybody because if you're unlucky And have any kind of issues during u s day , they would tell you to f*** off. Wasted money wasted time and they give us false hope. We did not even want it to return that. We wanted to get something back from the money we spend, and they still cheated us. But they're rude everywhere At the bar the restaurant. We were so uncomfortable to ask for anything. It might be my standards, but i've been to excellence and finest before And I always feel special.I wanted my husband to experience the same as he's never been to a resort. Their one is terrible. You have to pay for everything, if you want good quality anything. Which baffles me?Because it's supposed to be a luxury hotel. We tried their our account dinner, and that's a scam. It's exactly the same food as the one in the buffet, except if it's a menu. We ordered food, didn't eat cuz. It was quite terrible and end up at the buffet most days. I wish the reviews would be more clear. It's a beautiful Instagram of place. But it's neither luxury, nor all inclusive, nor quality. And I definitely wouldn't compare it with the hotels on the list.
