haha the reason it wouldnt start is because when he put the fuel line on the wrong port it sent gas thru the wrong jet when that happens you gotta unbolt the carb and turn it sideways and drain all the gas out and replace the lines on the right jet

Yes that was his first time putting on any carb on a dirtbike I informed him of such afterwards and we got it working just fine without removing it again thanks for the comment.

By any chance do you have a part # for that intake? I have the exact same bike and I bought the same carb and have the exact problem with the bowl hitting the cylinder
