I grew up across the street from an FDNY station. Was annoying the sheer amount of lights and sirens from our house. But my dad fell from the roof once cleaning the gutters, and without a doubt FDNY saved his life.

Great video! Awesome job on that PAT test dude! I have a challenge to everyone watching this. FDNY is a great organization, tons of respect for the Brothers. But, FDNY has an annual budget of 2.68 BILLION dollars. I challenge everyone to give to your LOCAL fire stations. 70% of all fire departments are volunteer and work off of very small budgets. Give to them, in person. A small donation can go a long way for a small, underfunded volunteer department!

I can tell you that with the exception of the stairs (because where I lived only had one building taller than two stories), everything in that course was or simulated well things I have done when I was a volunteer firefighter. Their course is well designed.
