Massive Broncos & QLD fan & I try not to be biased but I thought Sterlo was when younger lol. I never thought I'd miss certain commentators & voices that were synonymous with particular games back then. When Tony Grieg passed, watching test cricket was never the same & I realised & knew one day Rabs would leave S.O.O. too. He was the voice of my gen & I'll always remember, "They can't take them off him, they wont take that off him," in reference to Darren Lockeys try game 3 2006. It's funny to see & hear recaps of Sterlo & Rabs. They were 2 ppl I actually followed despite me believing Sterlo was biased for many years & those poor attempts at humour with Rabs until Gould became channel 9's cringy go to & Rabs once again the voice we needed & wanted to hear. I can picture Sterlo when Rbs said this 🙄🤦♀️ Fatty wasnt the greatest commentator but he was the better host for Thurs night Footy Show & it was hilarious at it's peak, Sterlo best for Sunday show real footy talk. Sterlo also knew the best days of the Footy Show had passed when he left Thurs night & I doubted this at first. I know they have to find a balance as such with the dynamics for fans but I already missed Sterlos

At the 4:56 mark, Cronk kicks on the 5th tackle from 55m out. Doesnt kick for his wingers to chase but kicks straight towards the goal posts, the dude is measuring his distance. The chad knew a big dropout was likely and later on he nails it. Literally the next set Queensland gets, cronk gets Miles to run straight then Shillo to dart for metres left with the fastest playtheball you've ever seen and on the last tackle 6:52 cronk scores the field goal from the same area he measured the distance earlier, only closer. I love watching this game blazed.
