Sir I have a question If nitrogen has completed its octet rule then why it gives the pair of eclectron to hydrogen?? It's octecy rule will be disturbed and then it will not be stable? Hydrogen becomes stable ( by duplet rule) but Nitrogen finally have 5 electons?? Why?

Because nitrogen will not give its electron to hydrogen completely , it is the mutual sharing of electrons like in the covalent bond formation.So,nitrogen will not be disturbed it is still stable and it alsostabilize the hydrogen which requires 2 electrons . Hope your doubts are clear now.
